Would You Rather? - Slow vs Fast




Assuming, you’ll like to lose some weight, Would You Rather?

1) Take it slow and steady and exercise

OR

2) Opt for faster results. Slimming centres, appetite suppression pills, liposuction and the like?

Choose one and explain why!





Among the two, I would opt for number 1: Take it slow and steady and exercise which I had been doing at the moment. My friend wanted to get fit for his wedding and dragged me to the gym, I was rather reluctant to go, however when I get to see the results, I became more excited of my every trip to the gym. Now, I even followed his strict routine of training different muscle groups for each gym session, nevertheless he's till working harder than me.

Together with a balance diet, surely you will see results. Of course this would take time.

Come to think of it, faster methods like slimming centres, appetite suppression pills, liposuction is not bad at all. Well, you would be delighted if the effects comes out good, but what if it don't turn out well, have side effects, or even die?


Better don't risk..slow and easy.....
